You may have mastitis. The real bad nipple sign is a nipple that inverts. If you are very concerned then simply call your doctor, describe this and he/she will likely put your mind at ease.
Nipples can get sensitive like that a day after you exercise your chest area.

cause that happen to my cousin her boob use to hurt, and she pregant.

Your nipples become hard when they are cold, when you get goose bumps, or when you are sexually excited. When they are erect, they are more sensitive. Your breast are also more sensitive when you are about to start your period, or are in the early stages of pregnancy. I don't think there is anything wrong with you. With mastitis, you would have a fever and painful lumps in your breasts, and it would most likely be if you were breastfeeding, which I assume you are not. Don't worry about it unless the symptoms persist for a long time.
