If you are doing everything right and your weight is not dropping it is probably because your body have reached the substance that it has "decided" to stay at. Becoming anorexic (again?) is absolutely not the answer. Sadly, it sounds like you are support on that path. People who own battled anorexia other see themselves as overweight even though they are rail shrill. Take it from someone who has be there.don't progress by weight. I choose to dance by clothes size. If my clothes start feeling tight, I diet a bit bit. I weigh once a month. Please seek counsel from outside sources so that you don't become unhealthy.
excercize for 2 more hours be in motion to the gym or somthing
If you were to become 100 pounds i.e. not very well. Your BMI would be 18 and the healthy span is 19-23. But if you still want to lose the weight I would recommend running. Running slims you down but you preserve the muscle. Don't starve either. Eat fine and enough to riddle you up.

ok dont do the anorexic thing it slows your metabolism and your going to enjoy a hard time losing weightiness when you try to do it the right way bring your body will store everything you eat as cooking oil.your pretty young still so if you do some cardio and hurricane lantern weight training next to machines eat heathy drink plenty of marine and you should start to lose weight. well brought-up luck
Just drink a lot of hose down and only munch through when you are hungry. I wouldnt want to lose so much weight, especially since you are muscular. Stay how you are.. your already impeccable now.
