Not likely. You may be one thoses ladies that has a very irregular period.
If this bothers you, then talk to your doc. Maybe go back on the pill but go on the lowest does possible. It may be just enough to get you regular again.
You should do another test in a few days if you still don't get your period. You can have false negative results. After that, if you are still concerned, go see your doc. There just maybe some underlying cause.
But don't worry yet.

Call the doctor. Maybe try a different birth control pill or try Mirena which is an IUC. It goes inside of you.(mirena is for women who have had at least 1 kid already)
