GENES. It does not mean in attendance is anything wrong with you or your friend. You of late don't have like peas in a pod body. You both have different genetic makeups and genes will show the differences ANYWHERE on the body. Not to be too personal...my mom is full Korean and she have dark nipples. I hold her traits...dark pelt, dark eyes, but my nipples are pink. It's lately a matter of genetic traits and they can be in motion as far back as the 3rd equals. Nothing to worry roughly.
