Are you a guy or a girl? If you're a guy try working out more. If you're a chick lose weight because your boobs will bring smaller too.
You can always try to disguise their size next to certain types of clothing. Try wearing black tops w/ crew neck.

There are minimizing bras you can buy. It won't actually shrink the size, but it does construct them more managable.
Don't think around getting a breast reduction. You'll regret it surrounded by the long run..and loose part of what make you a unique being!
it depends how big if they are big and hurting you such as back hurting i would defenatly go and see a doctor if its that you are going threw puberty and cogitate they are bigger than your friends get a bra that pushes them contained by but honest i have small boobs and would love to hold big ones everyones different so just love your self for who you are

If you have form issues such as back distress you could get your insurance company to income for the breast reduction.
Other than that, working out and losing mass MAY help. It adjectives depends on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts. If its mostly fatty tissue, after working out and losing weight may benefit you. If its mostly dense breast tissue (like I was), consequently working out and losing weight will NOT facilitate you and a breast reduction would be the just way to make smaller your size.
I had a breast running down and I do NOT regret it one bit! I have no more posterior pain and my fiance LOVES my reduced breasts (he supported me up to that time during and after my surgery!). My scars are scarcely noticeable (you want to listen to your PS and use scarguard or mederma to lighten your scars). I no longer hold to special order my bras online, instead I can be in motion into a store and buy them off the rack!
