Is sleepin beside a bra or bra top desperate and why?

Answer:
no it isn't. I have big breasts and own slept with a bra for over 17 years. It help to prevent droopy saggy breasts. I find that as she mentioned if you are wearing a comfortable bra there should be no problem.

I find copious women wear bras that are trying to do too much, pushing this up or out. sticking this here or there and it cause too many problems and issues.

Do what is comfortable to you.
It isn't doomed to failure for you. If you have larger breasts later it might become uncomfortable. Make sure you buy bra's that fit you comfortable, beside no pain. It should get the impression like you aren't wearing a bra.
All my bra's fit without fault and I sleep with them on.
Plus it help prevent gravity. :)
It depends on a few things, If your breasts are big ie, C cup upwards you dont really want them freeballing, but in jargon of wearing an underwire restrictive bra, I definitly would not wear one of those for sleeping wear something like a sports bra, or a crop top. if you hold small breasts A's or B's there is no have need of what so ever to wear a bra, the more you have it rotten the better, your breasts like the rest of your body requests to breathe, you have have for the most 16 hours of bra wearing a day, consent to them breathe and relax. Bras are known contained by scientific research to increase the unsystematic of breast cancer just as boys wearing tight fitting underwear affects their testes. Even during the afternoon, if you can get away near wearing a more comfortable bra or not one atill do so, you can wear a singlet or crop top/sports bra instead of forcing your breasts into unnatural positions, though for bigger breasts it is harder to get away next to this, as those breasts need support.
Health professionals recommend spending 14 hours a daylight without a bra to allow your lymph nodes to drain properly. The best time to not wear one is when you are asleep, as you don't own to worry in the order of gravity so much. A cami style top is fine, you just don't want a tight leash.
