Im on this fresh birth controll call Mirena?

Its like an IUD. I have need of to know any side effects anyone has have from it?

I own that two. I bled for 3 months straight and then didn't enjoy a period for 8 months. Now my period are light and don't bother me much. The individual problem I have next to it is my face used to be clear. Only approaching one or two pimples a month around that time. Now my face ain't doomed to failure but I do have like mad more breakouts.
