Otherwise, try doing sexual things every day. Give yourself a moment or two erotic "dare" each morning, whether it's to produce erotic eye contact with a strange man or woman for five second, or to not wear underwear, and so on and so on. Give yourself tasks to do that will make you blush while doing them. Read erotic novel on a daily basis- start near the classics like Anais Nin and D.H. Lawrence and work your passageway around. They'll start to inspire you. Buy yourself sexy gifts, whether it's a piece of lingerie or a sex toy or even something as nice and sensuous as a scented candle or a bubblebath. Luxuriate contained by your senses. Keep an erotic diary, where you write down ALL of your sexual thoughts and vibrations, whether it's you sadly reporting that you merely don't feel much desire for sex, or conceivably writing down a new and different awareness, or whatever. Elaborate . . . write it adjectives out, and you might be surprised where it take you. Make time every day for sexual commotion, whether it's alone or with a partner, and whether or not it culminates within orgasm, take time to sensuously explore your body.
Hope that help.
