Well, I surface your pain! I suffer from your same ailment. Ha ha. Seriously, you can't do anything around it except surgery, but you don't want to go that route. So, deeply, the only point left to do is to revise to live with what you've get. As for why they ache, it's probably PMS right since your period that cause the discomfort. Again, just remember that women beside small breasts have gravity on their side!
The answer isnt what can you do to variety your breasts bigger, but what can you do to be OK with your body. There are frequent woman who have little breasts and they still look amazing. My breasts go down a whole cup size after I have my son, and I love them! I think they are better than have a C cup. Every guy is constantly starring at them, yuck.

There really isnt anything you can do to generate them bigger besides surgery which is the grossest thing you can do to your body.
Heyy! I dont believe there is anyway to do that in need surgery. Maybe you could wear a padded bra contained by the size you want. As for the ache contained by your boobs, try just similar to skin lotion. It helped for me. (make sure it is useable on a skin areas!)

freshly be happy next to what you got and work beside it...maybe you a moment ago havent found the right dress.wrong material or anything the case I don`t know.or maybe they only just arent for you.it doesnt matter, you can still receive it work for you...it may not be meant for you to enjoy big breast, thats ok...breast doesnt make who you are...but I don`t know u need to find the unblemished bra..or get em tailored made
Try bra inserts. They can spawn you look a cupsize larger. That doesn't help you once the clothes come stale. But I think you want to work more on accepting yourself for who you are. There's nothing wrong next to small breasts. Implants are a fad right in a minute, but when all those culture end up have problems with their implant later contained by life, they'll option they never got them. Just love yourself for who you are.
