Ask your new doctor. If he/she is any correct, you will get an answer.
oh yeah that's completely everyday.. it's also normal to gain more shipment from said calories and get loads of pimples...
but once you lose your bloated tummy everything go back to typical for the next 24 days or so.. haha
i do like peas in a pod thing... zilch to worry in the order of!
yep. we all seize cravings!

p.s. i usually get chocolate cravings = )
its conventional to have odd cravings
i crave cucumbers and reeses peanut butter cups
200 - 500 calories more won't hurt you. However, if you would like proposal, ask your doctor to refer you to a nutritionist.
Yes, craving more food is your body's way of getting more nutrients within order to do from scratch the uterine lining.
It's an excuse to devour more than usual . You will be sorry some sunshine
First of all what's the point contained by having a doctor if you can't ask him a form question.

It's middle-of-the-road to eat more around your time of year. I don't eat sweets, but that week up to that time my period I sure crave chocolate. And when I start bleeding, I crave red meat big time.

You will know your body better than anyone else; you live next to it everyday.
yes it is because when im on my periond i pig out hard core i get hold of realy weird cravings. so dont verbs its perfectly typical.
yes u can. i read this book about robustness (though i forgot the title) that said u can eat somewhat bit more but u still won't a gain weight!
perchance it's not really the amount you ate that may have artificial your period, but a bit what kind of food you ate and how you ate them
approaching my mom has told me b4 that during your length, it's not a great idea to eat/drink things that are cold (things from the fridge..) b/c according to her you might return with stomach pains now and/or contained by the future (now is when you capture like "cramps" b/c the coldness make your stomach glands or w/e contract, possibly)
so yeah, maybe it's what you ate that artificial your quantity of bleeding

what i indicate is, idk if the quantity of calories you chomp through can actually affect or own a profound effect on your period
however, i do know that the kind of food you eat (cold, hot, w/e) may
(u can gain cramps when you fill an leave or near-empty stomach with cold things, and plus, even when you don't hold your period and you do that, that's not extraordinarily good for your stomach. can be adverse, according to my mom, dad, and grandmother<--she knows how to maintain her body healthy nutrition-wise)

hoped that this have helped!! bye!
