Lump on vulva?
It isn't painful at adjectives and it's not very big it only just seems swollen. And it's a bit red.
I freshly finished my period and they be really light this month and I didn't adjust my pad (sanitary napkins) greatly often - could it be cause from that?
Do I need to be in motion to the doc? I don't feel comfortable speaking to a doc in the region of this and I am self-conscious of all the pelt down there.
I am not sexually live or anything, though I do masturbate, could that be a cause?
I am stressed around this but really don't want to go to doc...
Is this usual? It hasn't been around for long but it is worrying me. :(

Could be a pimple and you can try applying roast to it for a couple days by using a wet obverse towel (the water requirements to be warm) to see if it helps. If not, next this needs to be evaluated by a dr.
I know you are not comfortable near the idea of doing that but when you progress (depending on what happens surrounded by a couple days) I would recommend going to a female dr for this so that you will touch a little smaller amount uncomfortable near talking to them almost this. You can even arrange the appt to start off beside talking to the dr surrounded by plainclothes first before an exam is ever done.
Also, when it comes to the exam a really moral dr will explain what they are doing as they are doing it and that really helps to trademark the experience less frightening.

sounds like you own a bartholin's gland cyst-it's not caused by not varying sanitary pads, stress, masterbation, and you don't want to be sexually active to win one.
i get one of those on the vanished side of my vagina/inner labia (left side is more common contained by the 1-5% of women who get these).
adjectives it is, is a fluid filled lump that develops from the blockage of one of the bartholin's glands, which are small glands located on respectively side of the opening to the vagina. these glands are located within the lips of the labia that cover the vaginal orifice. the glands (normally the size of a pea) provide moisture for the vulva area. the cyst usually forms within the gland itself, or in the draining duct of the gland.
the bartholin cyst simply occurs when within is blockage due to an infection or irritation. wearing tight clothes or panties can cause a blockage. these cysts are niggle free, but you can feel it when you sit down, or when you own sex (but you say you're not sexually active-so a moment ago ignore that part).
by pressing the cyst delicately will drain most of the fluid. the fluid will be either a creamy white or a insubstantial green and have a bacterial smell to it. what help to rid of it is to clean the outside nouns of where the cyst is located, using a few q-tips and hydrogen peroxide. a moment ago dip the q-tip in the peroxide and wipe on the area. -(no doubling dipping)- be sure to use a drizzling tissue to get rid of any excess chemical.
there's nought to worry in the order of though. if you want it checked out, just walk to your doctor. he/she will reccomend you to have the gland surgically removed if it is bothersome to you.
