it would depend on the following.
1. i fyou take medications
2. what kind you take
3. if you just started your period
if you have not had many period yes , it can be a while before it sorts itself out , i remember having a period and 2 weeks later i would get another , it will sort it self out...if worried speak to someone about it..
what do you mean? can you get it at a young age? or do you want it to come sooner so you avoid it coming on a certain date? if you want the latter i suggest birth control. your gynocologist will tell you how it works and you can organize which week the "period week" falls on to avoid an activity/vacation etc.

If you mean at a younger age, it all depends on your body.
If you mean earlier than normal, it is possible.
If you mean make it come early, you can't.
