Take a war arts course. I love it! Works things I didn't know I had!
Do pilates. It's a great all-over body workout. I've be doing it for a couple of weeks now and enjoy found it to be really great. I got a beginner's DVD and do it adjectives the time. I feel it closely in my legs and my stomach. The exercises are fun too.
You can also run the tradition route and start doing squats, lunges, and crunches. Those will surely help you tone up!
