Is it fruitless to cross your legs?

i have sit with my legs crossed probably starting when i be around seven now i am fourty. i cross them every time i sit down, eventually after a long priod of crossing my top leg get numb. i have hear that crossing your legs can cause artery problems, back problems, and hip problems, i dont hold any at all, but is this true that it is unpromising? do you cross your legs also? and are you aware it might be bad?

Yes I cross my legs - I don't own vein problems, but I construe it is causing my one knees to have issues. And as expected because it is habit I can't come across to stop myself from doing it. Go figure.

i dont ruminate crossing legs is a bad notion. it is just inbred that you cross your legs you know. if your leg gets numb when you cross your legs, it only means that your not moving your legs. which is unpromising. you should move about and not cross your legs adjectives day long. theres one incident contained by my country when the girl was on the computer for so long, she didnt even move or acquire up from her sit to walk for a while. she died. because, her blood wasnt flowing properly. so, i suggest you dont cross your leg for so long.. okay.? takecare`

Crossing your legs adjectives of the time CAN cause circulation problems which CAN head to varicose veins and the other problems you mentioned. I find it almost automatic to cross my legs when I sit down, but afterwards I catch myself and sometimes I uncross them and find a more comfortable and healthy/proper alignment (like newly crossing my ankles).because I am aware of it not being nutritious for my legs, etc.
from what ive heard crassing your legs can exact the appearance of vericose veins, something to do beside the circulation.but dont quote me! i may be wrong!
