I had one depo injection within october 06, I read that it takes give or take a few 7 months to come out of your system after the last injection, it's almost 7 months presently and the weight gain seem to be getting even worse and I am dieting and excercising, help!

I be on depo for 4 years and when i came sour it i took 2 years to get my period back and a further 12 months for me to start losing cargo, its a slow process for me but everybody is different.
It takes time. I've read up to 5 years depending on how long you took the shot. Just pass it more time.
