TSS help please?

3 days ago I woke up with a slight headache, which i figured was from staying on the cpu so late the night before in the dark. Later on that night i started to feel not so good and i got a slight case of the chills (I've had worse in the past). I developed a fever, had sweats, and i felt a bit fatigued when i woke up. So i went back to bed for a few hours and when I woke up i felt better, i had an appetite and ate pizza/waffles/etc. My fever..from what i kept track of..only reach 102 like twice. The rest of the time it was below that. I went to bed Saturday night and I couldnt sleep. I had this slight feeling i was going to throw up, but i wasnt nauseous and i didnt throw up. I think i just scared myself w/ thinking i had tss. i eventually fell asleep. When I woke up i felt better & i had no fever. By the evening last night my symptoms pretty much cleared up & today i feel alot better but not quite 100%. My last day of period was 3 days ago but i didnt wear a tampon. could i have tss?

If you didn't wear a tampon, it's probably not TSS. Go to the doctor anyway, since your symptoms might be caused by something else, but I doubt it's TSS.
It's possible but highly unlikely but here are the symptoms and if you think that's what it may be see a doctor asap.

A sudden high fever
Low blood pressure (hypotension)
Vomiting or diarrhea
A rash resembling a sunburn, particularly on your palms and soles — which, after a week or so, generally leads to peeling of the skin on your hands and feet
Confusion
Muscle aches
Redness of your eyes, mouth and throat
Seizures
Headaches
If you didn't use super tampons you are probably fine! I think you are TSS FREE!!!!

You should see your General Physician ASAP!
The chances of TSS without wearing a tampon that is not removed frequently, are very minimal.

The fact that you had a fever could indicate a virus or other type of infection which you need to get checked out at the doctors.

If the fever stays gone, you may have had a stomach flu.

Yes sometimes people can get tss by not using tampons. Even in rare cases males can get it. It is just a different kind. don't worry I am sure that you will be fine.
