How did you gain 13 pounds surrounded by one month. I think your dr. is probably more concerned around that. You just have need of to watch what you munch through...don't overdo the caloric intake and exercise daily.
keep under surveillance what you eat. smaller portions, improved stuff.
exercise regularly, do alot of cardio and alot of toning.
You worry to much. Girls who are thickset, many times grow into their just what the doctor ordered weight.
It is said to multiply 5 pounds for every inch over 5 ft you are. So if this be true and your five foot five inches ideal solidity for you to be 125. Since your 130 and need to develop more during maturation your in the region of ideal very soon.
To be fixated on your figure at 11 years prehistoric will makes you neurotic. Enjoy life span and let make-up decide your elevation and weight.
Another just right is to look at your Mother. Most girls have same print of self as was their Mother at 10, 15, 20, 40 years of age.
As you are five foot five and 130 , I'd say you get no weight problem, but fairly one of self image
Well you're not too overweight. here is what you can do:
Eat 3 meal a day; breakfast, lunch and dinner near healthy snacks contained by between. Never skip breakfast--- it should actually be your biggest buffet of the day because it will donate you energy for the daylight and prevent you from getting hungry and snackign on unhealthy stuff. Eating after 8pm is not advise as the body tends to store food behind schedule int he evening when you're ready for sleeping. Your meal should contain lots of protein (think healthy protein approaching chicken, turkey, fish, avocado, cottage cheese, eggs, etc), vegetables (spinach, broccoli, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc), fruits. You stipulation carbohydrates in your diet but try to achieve them form vegetables or whole grain... I would avoid sugar and bread. The most important item is to stop drinking soda-- drink water instead---lots of it everyday. Limit your intake of package foods (look at the ingredients, if the list is massively long or if you can't pronoucne the ingredient name, consequently don't put it in your mouth!).
You will also want to exercise. You can run, do stretch-type exercises, drop rope, strength train, play sports--- do anything that makes you move at tiniest 30 min/day try for 5 days a week.
This type of lifestyle will allow your current body fat to be turned into muscle (hence your body will look toned) and you will also shed counterbalance.
BTW, there is no undercover to weight loss.. you only just gotta eat hygienic and move around =)
DON'T TRY STARVING URSELF JUST EAT 3 MEALS A DAY AND MOVE AROUND!

but if you want to lose weight, please do it the decent weight. only lower your calorie intake by a bit, maybe by 200 calories smaller amount than what you usually have. put away healthy foods, just any junk, and exersize for an hour and a partially every night. your gonna hold to work hard if you want to lose 15 lbs contained by two months. but if you set your mind to it, and really work for it, its defintly capable of doing..
lately work out do alot and so cardio!!
also just put away healthy! ik that it isn't strong but just it will facilitate!
