Friend's sister's interval problem?

A few hours ago, sometime last darkness, my friend called unfolding me her sister got a spell and is crying in her room. She's individual 10 so you can't blame her. She needs serve from me to see how to make her not alarmed of having a spell. We told her it only comes once a month and is never sensitive if you use a pad. Please assistance. She WILL NOT stop crying in her room describing herself that she shouldn't be having her term, or that she wished she wasn't so matured.

Answer:
Is she surrounded by pain? From personal experience, I can describe you that they CAN be painful.

Just net sure that she understands that it is a intuitive part of vivacity. Yes, it can be somewhat of a nuisance, but it finances that someday she will be able to own kids of her own. Don't treat her like a kid---she understand more than most people bestow her credit for (you should hear some of the stuff my 5 year old will read aloud, given the chance).

It may help to assist her research the topic. That way she understand exactly what is happening to her body. I know that they are supposedly skilled this in academy, (nowadays, who knows??) but it never hurts to fashion sure that she knows the process.

Just remember to NOT have a chat down to her---talk to her like you would your best girlfriend. She is counting on you to be honest beside her.after all, you hold been through it, so why wouldn't you know what you are discussion about??
share her it is apart uf life i hold mine i am 16 got it when i be 12
OMG that sounds horrible where is her mom thats what she desires her to be there and comfort her ummm idk what to articulate besides that that poor girl
this sounds corny but it might work,
tell her that have your period is a bequest and that she should be proud of her changing body. also mention that adjectives her friends would be really jelous!!
haha, i dont know if this helps :(
Your of late going to have to relay her that its ok that shes having her time of year now. Acknowledge that yes its fearsome but its not that bad. Tell her something like what it was similar to when you go your spell and how you survived. Throw a small party between the three of you immediately that shes a woman!
tell her she will grasp breasts now too
Tell her she is an grown now and have more freedom thats wat stopped me from crying, im 14 and got my length at age 13, and i was crying cuz i didnt want it, my mom give me alot of chocolate cuz i was craving that and she told me stories of how when she get hers she felt close to a woman that should work

It's really sad that she's so anxious, maybe you can find a book roughly speaking it, and also maybe transport her to the doctor to make sure near is nothing wrong. Is she inauguration to show breast budding or pubic hair? It is unusual to hold a period in the past either of those two things within which case her parents should really own talked to her more or less that.
Well.. tell her some populace get it when they're 9... i did.. it's run of the mill, it's okay, to get it at 10, though it's more rapidly than when most girls get it. And cheer her up nearly it.. a lot of kids approaching to sound more grown up, so you could share her stuff about that.. and you can update her your funny and weird experiences near having your term... you know, stuff like that. make clear to her you were startled too when you got yours.. (were you?) or that closely of girls are.. i definitely be. but after a while, you get used to it and it's okay, you swot up to deal near it.
Aw! That poor little girl. The first time you get it is other scary, so I can fathom out why she is so upset. I would calmly chitchat to her about it explain to her what is stirring and how it's OK that she is 'so matured'. Get her a box of candy and her favorite movie and surprise her, maybe that would be paid her feel a touch better.
I know its really rough, (same thing happen to me)
comfort her and tell her that it wont hurt and that everything will be okay.

Also you could share experiences almost your first period to show her how alarmed you were too, and that she have nothing to verbs about because it wasn't so discouraging.

You can rent her favorite movies, buy popcorn, candy, chips and ice cream and keep under surveillance movies together.
Get out some board games and play em'.
or you can stay with her for a sleep over, and can sermon about boys, (that should transport her mind off it lol)

Right in a minute you need to comfort her, shes pretty young-looking, i wasn't that young when i get mine, and i cried for hours in my room. The best item for her right now is loads of attention and comforting.

Good Luck :)
Well I get min when I was 9 and I didn't believe it because what my friends at university was relating me. The reason could enjoy something to do with her friends ands what they own been recounting her but you have to remember she is 10 and sometimes its something that you can't backing but something that she has to business deal with within her own way.
I get mine at 11. And my friend got hers within the beggining of 5th grade, she have JUST turned 10 too. Lots of people receive it when they are younger. And tell her that its passageway better than getting it at like 15 when everyone else already have gotten it. She would feel not here out if that happened.
