Building muscle and losing bulk?
Answer:
For muscle building exercises, I would suggest bicep, tricep, and shoulder workouts for your arms (curls, french press, dips, shoulder press, etc.). For the legs, squats are great but tough, lunges, calf raises, hamstring curls, and leg extensions.
As for losing for a time weight, cardio/aerobic exercise will work best to burn those extra calories and scrutinize what you eat. It's really adjectives sense here. Weight Watchers has worked for me as very well.
It you are losing weight at the stomach, don't forget ab workouts to show stale that newly exposed muscle.
For arms do bicep curls and triceps press, for legs you can do squats and lunges
For muscles gym and for losing cargo run everyday in the morning 3 to 5km

Finally a sound out I can answer with confidence. Heres's what I do when I work out my arms: (1) EZ curl's (2) Incline Dumbell Curl (3) Kick Backs (for your triceps) (4) Tricep Extensions (5) Reverse barbell curl (6) Dumbell Curl
For your legs:
Squats, Lunges, leg press, leg extensions, step ups, front squat, quads, straight leg deadlift, afterwards calves.
