This could be some wierd STD. This sounds like a kid but has anyone person 'sucking' or 'licking' your breasts/nipples lately, there salyvia could enjoy caused this. Or it could be breast-acne, i suggest hot sea, a cleanser, wash bad with hot wet, pour cold water on after.
