since pills mess with your hormones it could definately be a side effect. I have an increase in acne when i first started, but after a couple months it go away and it has never be that bad again

Some citizens experience that because their hormones go out of set off for a while. Give it three months, it should all hold settled down by then:D
"The pill" effects your hormones. When I be modeling I took "the pill" to keep my skin clear.. I numeral if it can keep my skin clear it can probably basis yours to break out! Ask your family practitioner, OB/GYN or who ever prescribed you the birth control. Each birth control have different side effects. Have you read the label?
Taking birth control pills can do ANYTHING to your body. It is putting extra hormones within your body that don't need to be in that so you won't get pregnant. Don't appropriate them unless you have to. I truly believe that taking birth control pills is one of the biggest reason women develop so much cancer as they get elder. There are other ways to protect yourself from getting pregnant.
It could be...you can look in the packet of info that come with your pills to find out and if explicitly what is happening you can stir back to your doctor and ask for a different character. There are kinds that are specifically willing to help with stopping breakouts.
