What I would suggest you to do is to go to any Accident and Emergency department at your local hospital when you procure a temperature or quality cold. you have to hold full investigations to know exactly whats wrong, you need full blood picture, and probably abdominal ultrasound or CT scan.
As an emergency, they are grateful to treat you even if you are not insured !.
For the time being you can procure some pain killer (on shelf) as paracetamol or Solpadiene and also anti sickness tablets .

it sounds as if you have a tummy bug which beside out knowing how long and if your pooing ok is difficult i suggest a over the counter dyralates (england) or something simular it replaces the salts surrounded by your body to stop you dehydrating. and try to drink plenty of water to flush out the bug. paracetamol and ginger biscuits for the sickness. but do recommend you see some proffetional. should overhaul soon, if you feel resembling being sick next try to encourage it, will clear up when youve be sick?

Well, doctors can dispense you medinces but oh well. Hot bottle is dutiful for you. It will recover surrounded by 2/3 days. I just have it. You will be okay. Take some painkiller. I surmise it is period strain AND stomach bug all together. I could be wrong.
