The only entry that you really can do naturally is wear a suitable supportive bra. Go get sized first at Sears or JCPenney or Nordstroms (NOT victoria hidden, they do not size big women well).
If you have any form issues you would be an excellent candidate for a breast tightening with pull.
You don't say how prehistoric you are or if you already have children. You are probably a hopeful for breast reduction. The surgery give you a whole tentative perspective...being a average size and having no wager on pain.
