Im going to be on my length at military camp!(girls ONLY)?
so what do u suggest i do?
Answer:
Keep trying tampons. It takes awhile to gain use to them. Why "can't" use use tampons? If they hurt they probably weren't in far ample. Try using smaller tampons and ones that have plastic applicators. If you want to be in motion swimming/surfing, there isn't any preference but tampons. You can't swim without them and you can't use a wipe (it'll just soak up adjectives the water and be completely useless).
If nil else, talk to the military camp counselors and tell them you hold your period and can't swim, etc. for a few days.
I know you said you're just 13 but you can still take pills. There are some call Norethisterone and they just deferral your period. You hold to start taking them 3 days before your interval is due and then stop taking them when you want you extent to start. Doctors give them to you if you are going on break and things so I'm sure they would give them to you for military camp.
You should give tampons a try. They are straightforward, discreet, and comfortable. Start using a smaller size and try being more relaxed.
And simply so you know, (a) you COULD get the pill IF you needed it for time regulation; but (b) the doctor would NOT give you the pill a short time ago to help you travel to summer camp.
You should turn even if you don't go swimming if you want to try using tampons rule number one is to relax and two find a postion that's comfortable for you ask your mom or someone else who uses them to assist you.
uhm theres nothing that u can rlly do, did u try the ob tampons?
or reg. ones? cuz the ob gentle is wicked small, close to a little bigger than ur pinky
relax.
try to use tampons, you can with the sole purpose succeed if you try.
it might even take you a total pack.
here are the steps so you can keep trying:
tell stories down, squat put one foot on the toilet or simply sit on the toilet.
open your vagina next to your fingers and put in the tampon, consequently simply push the applicator and aim it towards ure back!
well brought-up luck
you may have to use different sizes, but hang on to trying.
I'd try again with the tampons. I know isn't not undemanding at first..very awkward... but you'll gain it. Keep trying. It takes some practice. Nobody get it right the first few tries. Believe me, be there, done that. lol. ;o) Once you swot, you'll wonder why you ever used a pad.
and btw...you DON'T hold to use the position suggested on the box. Find what's comfortable for YOU.
Suck it up and use a tampon or just don't swim. Obvious answer.
I know it isn't pleasant but you really should try and use tampons. Once you do- you will love them! No more big bulky pad! Go out and buy the smallest ones- like tampax lites or something- they really are small. Just generate sure you change them more normally. Just really relax and take your time. Hope you enjoy a great time at camp!
definetly try tampons again. you dont wanna ruin you military camp experience but not using tampons
I was surrounded by your same position last year at summer military camp, and i used Pads the whole time because I didn't know how to use Tampons, and I be scared.
But I promise you that once you cram how to use them, you will never go final! You don't even notice them.
So I recommened HIGHLY Playtex Sport Tampons. The pink and green sort. Their easier to put in later regular kind.
It help alot to relax the second time you try (since you already have) and put your foot on the toilet and just... GO.
But if you can't, absolutly CANNOT use them, afterwards all your gonna be capable of do is hope you dont get it for some cause, and use pads. :(
I'm going Sunday to military camp too! Hope you have fun!
i am 13 to and i have my period at military camp a couple weeks ago...i practiced using tampons so i was organized and now i love them i would say-so that it is the best solution...sorry it does suck though..i was other worried about it...obedient thing when i go it was an adjectives girl camp anyways...
