Is it ok to hold some form of white discharge?

Usually when I ovulate I get a whitish discharge, and sometimes clear and it is not similar to cottage cheese at all but I of late want to make sure this is ok...

Answer:
yep, it's fine. it's a moment ago the vagina cleaning itself.
it's normal.
yeah..i find it all the time...and while it is horribly annoying, as long as in that is no foul odor you have nil to worry something like...completely normal
As long as it's never itchy, greenish contained by colour or has a bleak fishy odor you're fine.
Discharge changes throughout your cycle, from a gelatinous and white just back and after your period to clear and stretchy when you're ovulating. Other times it can be slightly liquid and some days there's hardly any at adjectives.
normal
