How do u girls total the menstrual cycle?
Answer:
its extraordinarily important that you become within tune with your cycle..its a huge cog of your life. Its what make you who you are. the typical cycle is 28 days ..the first day starting the year you bleed. the first half of your cycle (from when you bleed up until ovulation..usually morning 14) is when females are most alert, confident, flirty etc...If compared to the moon it can be said its the full moon cycle (light cycle).its a time when our body is preparing for pregnancy. But if you don't become pregnant (after ovulation) then your cycle turns into the obscurity part cycle (new moon), when we're really irritated, frustrated, clumsy, (pms symptoms!) its also a time when you should be turning more inside yourself, looking for comfort in others or yourself. we have a feeling very adjectives and quiet at this time also. not everyones is 28 though..they continuum from 21-35 days.
so you should stay on top of your time of year more...its interesting and each one is characteristic. don't ignore it..thats only just ignoring a slice of you.
it should come around the same time monthly..sitting duck the calendar.
every 22 days.
when you get it, dupe it on the calendar and make the imperfection darker or lighter depending on how unhealthy it is. keep on doing this until you memorize your cycle.
Counting from the first morning of your last spell to the first day of your subsequent period should be give or take a few 28 days. But keep track for awhile to see what your cycle typically does (28 to 30 days is common). Do you not get any signs that it is more or less to start? Like sore boobs, a bit of brown or red discharge before it is full blown, etc. Good luck surrounded by keeping track!
Mark your calendar on the date it starts. Then count about 28 days from nearby and that is in the order of when the next one should start. This track you can wear a pad to bed of late in baggage so you are not wrecking your undies and sheets. Mark your calendar again on the first day of the subsequent period. Count days contained by between. That is the approximate length of your cycle. Keep marking your calendar similar to that. You should end up beside about impossible to tell apart number of days and some means of predicting its arrival. Isn't individual a woman great fun?
I agree with heleyna, not with the sole purpose does it let you know when your periodis coming but it also let you know how your hormones are affecting your mood. It always feel nice to be able to blame it on hormones for emotion like crap, and that your time ISN'T actually spiriling raging... lol
