Try taking a hot bath. I was gunna say BC but your mom won't let you. Umm this might sound gross but, try massaging your breasts at night, it helped me. Also try a pain reliever like advil.
i hoped i helped, if you need anything else. just ask.

Heavy periods on women are normal. My sister suffered from a heavy long period when she was younger and the doctors couldn't give her anything but birth control. The birth control stopped her period but it had uncomfortable side effects. If there are certain times where you are in pain due to your period you should try taking some anti-inflammatory pills like acetaminophen to help lessen the flow. But be careful that you check how much iron is in your blood because if you lose too much iron you can become anemic, which makes everything much worse. You could also try some natural anti-inflammatory herbs like ginger, turmeric, pokeroot, cleavers, devil's claw, bromelain or German chamomile. Good luck!
go see the doctor, they can tell you everythin about your period and give you something to make it lighted, and its more personal than asking on here, gd lk!
