They are just blade bumps..and irritation from your razor. you can prevent it by switching your blade. Try applying lotion and vaseline after you shave. This is all relatively ordinary because "down there" is a sensative area.

Those little bumps are in-grown hairs. I own found using noxema and a fresh razor reduce bumps...there are also after shave creams available that work.
Avon sell the perfect shaving cream and spray mist you use afterwards. I love this product, it is give or take a few $ 20 bucks for both but really works. There website should sell them or a representative surrounded by your area could aid.
put lotion or aloe Vera gel on it [i usually use lotion]. right after you shave. they might not go away completely, but they will be not as unpromising.
yea, i know u said gurls only but im a guy beside a lot of information and like mad of experience. those "bumps" are ingrown hairs. try a unusual razor and dont use like one twice in that nouns if they dont go away or maintain coming bac talk to ur doctor of what to do subsequent
