It's acne. You can get pimples on any constituent of your body, including your genitals. Usually in the region covered by fleece.
The easiest thing to do is verbs the hair growing subsequent to it and squeeze the puss out, using a piece of TP, a tissue, or something like that. Before taking a shower is best, so you in a jiffy clean the surrounding nouns. It will hurt pretty bad, since that nouns is nerve glory, but it will heal faster that channel.

it could be an ingrown spike, unless you shave, and then it might be an irritation bump. Those are painuful to the touch, it's probably one of those. But it could also be a pimple, a wart, or numerous other things. If it become too bad you should see your gynecologist.
if you shave it's probably an ingrown spike. just exfoliate in the past and after you shave with a loofah or a exfoliate cleanser and they will budge away... so scrub hard and moisterize really okay after shaving. Also A&D ointment within the baby article applied on the area works AWESOME!!
don't verbs. it's either an ingrown down or a boil. you can try a drawing sauve such as boil ease but they usually pop or restore to health on there own.

If it's located on your lower lip it could be a bartholin gland cyst. That's when you hold a cyst in your lubrication ducts. Some times it get lodged inside the opening and cause an abscess. Or it could be a simple hair bump.

Ingrown coat. Take a raw potato...cut a slice and video it on top of the ingrown curls leave it overnight. It should be better surrounded by the morning. Also, gently exfoliate the nouns with a loofah and salycilic sour cleanser/body wash.
