I deliberate i get a stomach bug. i vomitted profoundly yesterday. i want to devour but not sure what. any suggestions?

start small! water and saltines and see if you hold it down! do not do any dairy for in a minute. you can also try egg noodles,soft scrambled egg ,no butter ,use non stick spray.fluids are really the most important.
crackers,bread,soups likechickennoodle, drink marine or 7up,sprite or slice.
Try eating some dry, brown bread - use a oven to trade name it even drier but don't burn it. Eat that slowly and see if you feel better. If you do, try consumption something with plentifully of fibre, such as a banana or cereal (WITHOUT milk).
Fruit salad is also a apt option, but the best opportunity, is to just drink lots of marine to flush your system out. It will 'drain' the bug out and you'll feel fresh again.

Bannanas, saltine crackers, pretzels, chicken broth, rice, fruit juice if they have VERY LITTLE sugar contained by them. I would avoid anything with milk (butter, cheese), lots of margarine (well, almost everything), acidic (organice liquid, tomatos) or spicy as these will irritate your stomach further.
Sorry you are sick. Okay, they say rice is excellent. Plain white rice, explicitly, not wild rice or brown rice or distinctly anything spicy. Another idea is rice crackers (also particular as rice cakes). To drink - black tea (ie plain tea with no milk) is honourable.
