Ladies it's that time again, ugh. What do you do to keep hold of yourself fear okay?
What can I do to preserve my body functional? I know that caffeine always make it worse. I am on birth control pills and they do work wonders, but always on the first morning I just own no energy.
What do you ladies do during this time to relax?

exactly that, relax. I help yourself to it easy, sometimes give somebody a lift a bath, sometimes soak my foot in marine. taking a break for one day out of the month isn't desperate.*knock on wood*. Just take a breather, lug a drive to Krogers and get yourself your favorite magazine. Maybe that book you've be meaning to grasp to? Heat up some smooth rocks and rub them against your arches, eat a banana, and pinch a nap :-)
bring back a massage and reading light exercise usually makes me discern better i know it sounds weird but try it it help
sometimes taking a hot warm hip bath will help you and relax you somewhat bit i read that it's suppose to help you try that and perchance drink some warm tea also that might aid you

It helps me to relax contained by the tub. I always do that and am contained by there for over an hour. I pale some candles, play some music, and soak! =)
