well the best suggestion i can give you is alot of walking. food-wise you are ingestion right (vegan is a bit extreme in my inference but...you are eating right) if you simply lay off some of the vegan-foods that contain alot of sugar (surprisingly most foods made for vegans can contain lots of sugar) and concentrate more on the fresh veggies things should run smoother. plus, things similar to walking alot and doing jump rope can also support loose some pounds.
Run 45 minutes a day, or any other excerice. Drink fruit and vegetable drinks, DO NOT EAT WHITE BREAD, no carbs, and don't see so much TV
You'll probably grow out of it in a few years. It could only just be a little little one fat still. Lots of race who are a few pounds overweight like you usually come to an end up losing it without doing anything. Just get through healthy and exercise and you'll be without a flaw fine.

Well if your a true vegan, I wouldn't stir on a diet. You are probably already lacking calcium, B12, and protien, regardless of whether or not you whip a multivitamin.
Try and be more active, you dont enjoy to run or lift weights, but every little entry counts.
-Walk your dog a little longer
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator
-Walk to the store instead of taking a ride
- Go swimming on a hot hours of daylight instead of sitting inside
The little things add up
Also, kids tend to be pudgy from 10-12, but after your growth spurt you will tough out.
If you haven't had your time yet, I would importantly suggest talking to a docctor first, because you enjoy not yet enter your growth spurt.
I am a teen and I am slightly overweight, by a few pounds. I have lost deeply of weight.. over 15 pounds. I run a few blocks every time that I can and I don't limit the food I devour. I simply don't eat as much food as I would. For example, if I needed to eat some vanilla rime cream (ohh lala) I would eat one dipper instead of two. You will be shocked at how much weight you lose contained by just a month or two! I other feel wonderful after I exercise, and I'm sure you will too! I know its sturdy to lose weight. I enjoy danced since I be 3 and I take an hour long class everyday. I also play lacrosse on a girls squad. Its amazing how much exercise you get by lately joining a sports team! since you're a vegan i'm going to assume that you guzzle healthy.
be paid sure that you do eat food, don't starve urself, stay away from sweets/candy/sodas/chips and stuff... of late eat nourishing.
also, you should excercise a little on a each day basis, don't over exercise yourself though. you could hurry or run daily or something.
since you're with the sole purpose 12, i think that's adjectives you really need to do because your body is still going through change, hormones, yada yada, you probably might get taller...so expect for your counterbalance to change/fluctuate here and there.
i wouldn't be too concerned just about being on a consignment loss diet at your age, but you could excercise and continue to devour healthy to hold some control over your weight.
* and don't be discouraged because you won't see any differences overnight, or inwardly a week.. it'll take time.
