Take a bath so the heat water rubs on your stomach. Try to rest. Sleep near a heated blanket. And there's a medicine..hold on consent to me ask my mom. I forget what it's called but it's especially for menstrual cramps and it starts beside a N. Or M. Mydol? Maybe.
