What vitamins/supplements do you bear and why?
But I enjoy heard legally frequently that all vitamins really do is confer you very expensive urine! ;-)
Yet I can markedly tell a difference surrounded by how I feel when I stop taking the supplements -- especially the calcium and evening primrose.

I enjoy taken suppliments for many years, especially star flower, which I used for side effects of the menopause next to out the suppliments I felt tired ,dizzy and i sweated a large amount, especially when anxious, I know you should not take them adjectives the time and every now and after you should have a week or tow break from taking them as they work better that track, there are masses people who do not believe surrounded by herbal medicatione, but they forget that most medication the doctor gives you comes fronm herb, plants etc.
Your doctor is right, if they work for you, then transport on.
I take a multivitamin and flaxseed grease and Bcomplex, to improve my mood, and alot of Dr's recommend a multi and that's it, they could tremendously well b e a spend in dribs and drabs of money.
I take multivitamin and Calcium supplements w/vitamin D. I do also lift a low dose of premarin every other day for menopause. I contracted to stay on the hormone therapy since it is such a low dose my GYN Dr.(a female) suggested that it would be undisruptive since I have be on it for 9yrs. As long as you eat clean the multivitamin and calcium supplements should be fine. During the winter vitamin C is a good opinion for colds and viruses. I guess the other supplements you pilfer can't hurt unless you would over take them but I'm not sure if they really do give support to.
