Is it common...?
I've never gotten heartburn from vitamins previously...is it this specific vitamin that is doing this or is it conventional?
And maybe you guys can distribute me some help on what vitamins to give somebody a lift that is obedient for my immune system (I have to transport something with upright amounts of folic acid and vitamin c). I requirement vitamin names or websites that would sustain.

Maybe, I've suffered from taking Centrum. I took Centrum for about three years, afterwards came down next to Barrett's Esophagus, which is a disease where you bring ulcers from severe heartburn. It didn't go off to me that the vitamins might be at the root.
You may be taking in too much potassium. Just pinch a Centrum pill instead of other pills all at once. One multi-vitamin is adjectives you need unless instructed by your doctor.
some citizens get heartburn beside vitamins, try taking them with a hurricane lantern snack
regular vitamins bother mee too. so i switched to a childrens chewable and problem solved.goodluck ;)michele
