To be healthy while losing counterweight, you should only lose 2 pounds a week. Any quicker than that and you will eventually hurt yourself. Are you trying to lose solidity??

Note that when you lose a lot of solidity initially when starting a diet, 90% of it is excess water solidity, not fat.

its ok... a moment ago dont keep it up because you will wrapping up up looking like nicole richie...and newly be careful not to binge guzzle because you will gain all your solidity back... how did you do it because i inevitability to because of an event coming up?
well you cant determin that unless we know why u lost that much freight, 5 lbs isnt alot so i dont see why it would be safe, however if u verbs to loose that much weight on a weekly spring, that is unbelievably unsafe, how did u loose it? you may have merely lost water counterweight which is easy to do by stocky excersising, but easily gain back inside a few days of retaining more water
It be probably just hose weight. It's pretty undemanding to go up or down a few pounds every light of day or so.

It all depends on what you've eat, how much you've digested, whether or not you've gone to the washroom. How much water your body is retaining.

But no its not safe... You are not supposed to lose more than nearly 3-4 pounds in 1 week... average risk-free weight loss is individual 1-2 pounds a week.

You may have lost 5.6 lbs within 2 days, but I guarentee you will gain it back forthwith and gain more!
Aim for 2lb a week for safe bulk loss.
well depends on your cargo and what you have be doing differntly, if your just lay around doing nothing NO but if your deiting and exersizing later good for you!

Probably not. If it is hot where on earth you are you could be dehydrating, which would mean you would lose profusely of water solidity. And seeign as how our bodies are like over partially water, you enjoy a lot of marine to lose.
Hun, I lost 9lbs in 7days. Nothing is wrong w/ you. I lost it nippy by going on an all marine diet. But I quickly gain it ALL back the subsequent week by eating fastfoods.lols...=D

Usually, when you lose that much in a few days, it's dampen weight, not physical weight.
Just do it the wholesome way -- sounds similar to you are.
Decrease calories, increase exercise.

And DON'T weight yourself every time. Stop that!! Because one day you will lose 5 pounds and the subsequent day you will gain 2, and you will cause yourself CRAZY!! Over nothing, because nearby are normal fluctuations from in the future to the next, depending on fluid retention, whether you've have a BM, etc.
Weigh yourself once a week, first thing contained by the morning, naked -- that's it.
