It's not going to flow like a river or gush resembling a volcano. More than likely you will experience some mild cramping or even rear legs ache previously you start. Pools are highly treated next to a lot of chemicals that destroy off germs so don't worry. If you guess you have started in recent times politely ask to be excused and if you are concerned asked to go see the academy nurse. She can help capture you out of swimming.
Yikes! Usually you can feel it coming on, but sometimes it starts up quick and without restraining. I say simply be extra careful on how you gain out of the water because blood runs and mixes near water and really runs rampage. It's so degrading when that happens...Things close to this happen to the best of us, and if I be you I wouldn't worry too much in the order of it, I would go into the bathroom right since the lesson and check myself, and if there's no spotting, I wouldn't worry, but if you enjoy any kind of admonitory or spotting, I would put on a light sunshine tampex, they are smaller than the heavy flow ones and they will amass you from the embarrassing rush...

You are NOT supposed to wear a tampon if you are not on your term so this advice is totally wrong. Just put a panty liner a immensely thin one surrounded by your bottoms of your swimsuit. You will be fine. Good luck.
