Answer:
Growing?
Yes you can in my estimation. Children and teenagers grow mostly until that time midnight and thereafter. Best is to go to bed at 9 and sleep, it is worth it, if you want to grow. Teens who be in motion to bed late repeatedly stay very small I hold seen this, until they start going to bed sooner. If not tired, may be Vitamin A would back in a moderate dose.
A worthy vitamin/mineral source would probably help, and by the channel, vegetarians enjoy less or no period. See Viktoras Kulvinskas, Survival into the 21st Century.
Happy growing, sound sleep!

I didnt quit growing intil i be almost 19.
Sorry. You stop growing at around 16. Periods have nil to do with your growth spurt.
Your extent has nought to do with your need of growth. Go see your doctor or better yet your gynecologist. He/She will be capable of take some test and tell you what the problem is. You might only just have an infection which they can abet you with. Don't put sour seeing the doctor. Having huge gaps approaching 3 to 10 months is not normal. Your doctor will know how to get you spinal column to normal period.
statistics show that girls usually stop growing a year or two after their period but some demonstrably still grow beyond that it's all newly about inheritance after that...
the huge gaps between your period is not normal and you should typically see your doctor or a gynecologist if it doesn't come after around 2 months...one underweight may cause that but still see a doctor basically to be sure...
what you could do to grow? well it might nouns stupid but jump rope...and only just jump up vertically! my cousin have been doing it for awhile purely out of boredom and she's 17 and grew like partially a centimeter in a year or so...and have her period when she be around 12 so it could work?
good luck and it's okay to be short! you return with to wear heals!
yeah i'm 5'1'' i've bookish to deal beside it and i'll be 17 in november.
Normally girls stop growing by age 18. Since you're have cycle problems your thyriod may be underactive. That also affects growth. Have a doctor do 2 blood labs on you: T3 and T4 Free. These are for thyroid function. If the doctor runs a TSH it doen't have anything to do near thyroid function. It's just an indication that your adrenal gland is sending a message to the thyroid to consent to go of the hormone. Good luck.
