Help beside Tampon?
do u know any tampon i.e. not a hard cotton similar to the gentile glide?
i am with the sole purpose the ages 11-16 (hint my age is an even #)

You have to be really relaxed when putting a tampon contained by. The best way to progress about it is to put one leg on the toilet form and spread the opening of the vagina beside your fingers, then next to the other hand benevolently slide the tampon in and push the plastic applicator upwards until the entire tampon is inside of your vagina. After you enjoy inserted the tampon, throw the applicator away. You may have to push for a moment to get it within but if you're doing it right, it shouldn't be painful. Once it's contained by, if you can't feel it, you've inserted it properly. Always remember to purify your hands past and after putting a tampon in. You probably feel embarassed to have your Mom relieve you, which could have made you on edge and when you're not relaxed, it is harder to insert the tampon. I use Kotex Regular tampons but you may want to try the Tampax Pearl since you are new next to tampon use. Good luck.

It's not the tampon, you just enjoy to try again. It took my daughter a few trys before she get it. It should not hurt and should go right within, when you find the right spot. Just relax, you'll get it.
I enunciate Tampax Pearl I don't like wearing them any I use them only when its really prerequisite. My friend told me that those are the best ones to start with since they are made of plastic & not cardboard. I resembling them never use any other.

I use tampax pearl. It shouldn't hurt. Are you sure it was surrounded by all the course. Make sure you get a plastic applicator, they are much more comportable to use.

it might enjoy been a super absorbant tampon. that resources that it is 2x as likely to contribute you tss, plus it'll hurt for your small body. use tampax pearl light or regular. hope i help!
