Long term?

if you've only started for the first time a year ago, who long is 'too long' for one time of year to continue? because i've have up to 6 weeks and this seems too long to me. im 15 and comparatively petite.

Answer:
That's way too long! When I started I have some for 3 weeks, heavy and I am small too. I also have bad cramps. My mom took me to an OB/GYN and I be put on birth control pills to regulate it. They were a lifesaver: 1 spell a month, light, 5-7 days max. Have be taking them for years and have not have any problems since, periods other regular and predictable. You should talk to your mom just about seeing a doctor and then see what he/she suggests for you to do more or less the problem.
That is definitely too long. I speak anywhere over a month..
No, it's not. You might have bacterial vaginosis or something approaching that. You should really see a doctor for that. 3 weeks is too long, becuse you started only a year ago.
Do you indicate you've been bleeding for six weeks? OMG, shift to the doctor! Do you mean your CYCLE is six weeks long? Well, that's pretty long, but within the first year or so, it is common to be irregular. How petite are you? If you don't own enough body podgy (like, anorexic), then your body will stop have periods adjectives together.
too long
If I had it for over two weeks I would enjoy seen a doctor by immediately.
6 weeks is definatly too long. I would suggest seeing a doctor to find out what is wrong.
The normal extent should last from 3-12 days. =]
it is single suppose to last up to 2 weeks-go to your OBGYN as soon as you possibly can!
GOOD LUCK :D
when i first started when i be 10 mine only last about 9 days. yours could be that long due to I don`t know stress? but personally shift get yourself checked hun. look after yourself.xxx
you should really be going to your doctor and asking him/her,i started really infantile, and had mine for 15-19 days out of the month,it turned out i have endometreosis,so ask a doc,i found out way too belatedly i couldnt have kids, and have to have a hysterectomy at the age of 28.
if you be set to that you hjave been bleeding for 6 weeks thats too long you should turn see your doctor and see what she saysi am your aga and very petite too and i am going to bring up to date you that that happened to me and i told my doctor and she took trouble of it but yes that is too long
righteous luck
if you mean you hold been bleeding for 6 weeks do not confer on it any longer go immediately to see a doctor....
you are often irregularly when you first start menstruating and down time you loose for varies, but not a soul should ever be menstruating continually for 6 weeks.
THIS COULD BE VERY SERIOUS.
Speak to your mother or guardian and go NOW and see a doctor..
Yes 6 weeks does seem to be a long time BUT how heavy be it , it may have be only"spotting" where you singular have a slight staining. Yes you should specifically have a word beside your GP , maybe your mum could move about along with you, of late for a bit of support (she has them as ably you know)
Try not to get too stressed as some of the answers you achieve from here would have you anxious to death, it probably isn't too serious, but better to be not detrimental than sorry. Take care
the doctor will pilfer u seriously coz this isent normal hon but they will probibly put u on a 3 month course of the pill to regulate ur period so that they come every 28 days and arent at all unwieldy and dont last for more than 4 or 5 days, please dance to the doctors and have a verbalize with them just about it, good luck xx
Sweet Heart you inevitability to get to a womanly Doctor soon. Teal your mom or gardnant what is going on. No this is not normal. This could be some article very serous. Bleeding that much can because by a few thing and a feminine Doctor can find out what is wrong. May be it will take zilch more than putting you on birth control pills to get you regulated. You can't be shore though until you take checked out just to be not dangerous. Had a nice & a daughter that had this problem one pills fix it. The other have to under step some more serious stuff not so easy to fix.
Really...I feel you need to travel to your OB-GYN.
Most periods just last 3-10 days.
