Is it secure to pilfer multi-vitamins?

I am 25 years old and hold a history of kidney stones. But now I am losing lot of honourable and I was advise by some friends to take multi-vitamins.

First what does it denote that you are losing lot of fair? Some vitamins are terrifying if they are taken in excess. You may inevitability some particular vitamins that may lend a hand in your condition but underneath strict medical supervision. Avoid vitamin A and E in excess. Yes, it is very not dangerous. The only item that could possibly hurt you is if it has greatly of iron and you take too several. but even that is deeply unlikely to hurt you. Take the recommended amount, and there is not proof that any mar can come to you.

You should enjoy already been taking a mulitvitamin. Not sure why you haven't be taking one all along but yes you want to take one. RESEARCH it though on the pattern to find a brand that is thoroughly well held by your body. If it is not well occupied by the body it is not worth taking.
Multi vitamins are fine to take, if ur losing lots of quill though, I would have ur thyroid tested!

If they're calcium based, consequently avoid excessive amounts of calcium; if they're protein based (most women's stones are) after you should adjust your diet accordingly, but vitamins are fine.
