About a month ago i started going on a diet. I eat healthy and i go on my treadmill every night. I have already started to lose weight and i weigh 12 pounds lighter than i did last year. My question is if i continue to eat healthy and exercise will this affect my period, because i am defenatly not starving myself. It has already been 34 days and i haven't gotten my period yet, but i do have sore breasts and some cramps. So does my diet have something to do with my period being late (it has come later than this before) or do you think i will get it any day now?
Answer:
i never had a problem with that sudden changes might affect it though if u want a really good answer then ask your dr
