depending on where that lump is, its a gland. it usually swells if you enjoy an infection. but i'm on at the min and mines slightly swollen. if your concerned then move about to the doctors to be safe

very well im not certain what it exactly may be but you do enjoy several lymph nodes in that nouns and it would be normal that at that time of the month things are more swollen and trying to flush your system out of adjectives types of things so yes your lymph nodes would be swollen
no i get them to its only just ur glans i get them lower than my arm aswell
Ive never noticed to be honest, but I would formulate an appointment with your doctor to seize it checked out just contained by case - better to be undamaging than sorry!

Yes. In my case Doc assured me it is a lymph node and zilch to worry give or take a few. It comes and goes (not every month) and can be reasonably large some months.
i gain this too, it comes and goes, sometimes i capture them under my arms. It is average because when you are on your period, your tissue swells and can develop lumps. Dont stress in the region of it.
