Exercise/stretchs that minister to menstrual cramps?

Supposedly exercise eases cramps, but I find that it doesnt thing OR just seem to make it worse because I enjoy more muscle to cramp.

Are there any precise exercises programs or that ease cramps? Stretches?

try simply walking! also, i know its not excercise, but devour lots of bananas, they help near menstrual pains
Aparently tennis is good for period, i suppose things that involve moving most of your body.
jogging
walking your dog (if you hold one)
star jumps

if your tired later sit on the sofa with your knees up against your chest

It does help it. Its proven. Because man a couch potato doesnt get you blood flowing regularly.

I know that jog frequently helps seriously.
Simple tasks like merely walking around, walking a dog, walks on the shoreline, daily hurry...stuff that isnt really that strange.

Also if you want something other than exercises, try cranberry liquid, constant showers, warm baths are best, and bananas.

You could try going to the gym and playing a well brought-up sport that may not be so intense.
Not to much cuz then you could really injure yourself.
Maybe volleyball or basketball.
Cheerleading and dance helps also.
