It could be a clogged hair follicle, ingrown spike, a boil (big zit) and you may be aggravating it every time you pick at it.
Try to leave it alone.sleep within your b-day suit (give it time to be irritant free).keep it verbs & dry and it should go away surrounded by a few days.
ALSO as gross as it sounds...if you leave it alone it may come to a manager BLAH! Apply hot compresses to it (hot wash cloth will do) and it will drain GROSS but it will run away.
SERIOSLY try not to pick at it because it could get infected..

yeah i had that too, but it be about 2 inches below my underwear. it be like a big zit. and it go away in resembling a week. i tried to pop it but it made it worse and bigger, so i just have to wait it out. i still dont know what it be.
