go tot he doctor. sounds close to you have a bug of some sort. Relax, drink pleanty of fluids approaching gatorade or water. try to munch through crackers or broth. take your temp every hour on the hour. if it hits 103 or complex, go to the emergency room. hope you surface better soon:)
well the vomiting is probably due to the vertigo, you don't mention restlessness or diarhea or any other possible symptoms for that matter. And apparently you can catch out of bed long enough to ask this request for information..
What may be causing the vertigo? Possible inner ear problems, sinusitis, dehydration, adjectives sorts of possibles, I would say if it go on another 24 hours. you had best see a doctor.

It sounds close to you have Vertigo which is an lack of correspondence in your inner ear. There is dizziness, and afterwards there Vertigo.
