You said you haven't be able to shed stale the extra weight. Have you see a Registered Dietician yet? If not, I importantly recommend it before you resort to any diet pills because greatly of diet pills are not healthy or undamaging, even if it is approved by the FDA. For example, Fen-phen (not sure of the spelling) was approved by the FDA but after that taken off the flea market because people in fact died from it. Anyway, your doctor can probably refer you to a Registered Dietician. Registered Dieticians are the most qualified people to comfort you lose weight and do it soundly. They will teach you how to chomp through (without having to cut out profoundly of foods) and make clever choices and it's something you can use for the rest of your life.
Another point you could try is Weight Watchers. I don't believe in most Formal/fad diets because greatly of them are not healthy but Weight Watchers is if truth be told one of the good ones. I'm not sure if you're up to date with their program but they use the points system. You're allowed so abundant points per day and respectively type of food is worth so many points, so once you've used up adjectives your points for the day, you can't put away anymore. So, what's great about this diet is that you can practically devour what you want and it teaches you how to generate choices. You can use these choices for the rest of your life so you don't gain the mass back.
Any diet that in truth works in losing consignment is because it's cutting calories and portion sizes because simply stated, if you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose substance. Simple as that. I know it sounds simple but there is profusely of hard work that go into it. I will be honest with you almost that. Ask yourself- how badly do you want to lose this freight? If you really really want to lose the weight disappointingly and have the determination to do it, you will succeed. If you don't want it bleak enough, it make it a lot harder to do capably. I've been within before. It's tough but anyone can do it. Honestly, I tried to stick to diets on and past its sell-by date for about 5 years and zilch worked until I actually sit down and started reading and learning in the region of how the body works. From that, I learned to diet and succeed beside it. I wanted to lose consignment badly only like you. So, if you don't do solidity watchers or see a dietician, that's what I would recommend to you- just instruct yourself on the human body and nutrition. Just be careful where on earth your sources are coming from. A good source would be a college nutrition textbook. They vend them at great prices on half.com. The textbook I used this former semester is called Nutrition Concepts and Controversies. The authors are Frances Sizer and Ellie Whitney. It's an introduction smooth textbook all nearly nutrition. It's very handy and I learned means of access more from it than I expected. There's even a chapter devoted to weight loss.
Honestly, the top 2 reason I believe people come to nothing with diets is: 1. they don't own enough will power 2. They simply are not adjectives enough give or take a few nutrition. (this is the most crucial factor) I'm not saying you're dumb or anything but this go for everybody- it never hurts to learn more to benefit yourself.

my guess is that the stress give you the weight. if you devour a lot the doctor will probally make a contribution you that pill, or at least give an account you to get excersise.
Totally depends on the dr.
He'll probably suggest diet and exercise first, and suggest you build changes within your job routine, past he prescribes you any pills. You have to at most minuscule show that you've *tried* doing it the hard method before he give you the easy out.
The dr truly may suggest starting off next to a bit of exercise every day (which can also be honourable for relieving stress) and watching portion sizes. May ask you to do a food diary to see if there are unquestionable things you eat more of because of the stress.
But as the ultimate poster said each dr is different. Also, sometimes insurance dictates whether the dr can prescribe the medication so soon after starting to articulate about trying to loses solidity.
If your BMI is still in field, the doctor would not even mention it.
