I have be really moody and hard to be around adjectives week. I know its becasue of my period which should come soon (I've have cramps for a week) Is there anyway to aid cramps and moodiness?

My wife and i enjoy been together since 1993. She is the moodiest woman when it comes around that time. She knows she is mortal really bitchy but she just cannot backing it. She has snapped at me for no grounds and now i in recent times know to ask "that time eh" and I give her her space. There is zilch that can stop the moodiness.
Calcium has be proven by a few studies to affect PMS & menstrual symptoms... taking calcium supplements might help. Those viactiv chews are pretty right tasting... they're not the best candy, but they're pretty right for vitamins.

Also, tea made from dried parsley is something a coworker of mine swears by, when her cramps get really impossible.

Also, a heating wipe (microwave or plug in) on your lower abdomen will comfort to sooth your contracting uterine muscles.

Midol is like any strain relieving pill, in that it have negative side-effects... and if you've tried the other things & still necessitate it, then you should cart it... but taking too much over the counter medicine kill more people within the USA than AIDS does.
My dr gave me some birth control pills that minister to with both. They dont comfort all the route but I did notice a difference. Its almost certain. You can just carry things to help.
When I return with moody during that time, which is awful, I take time for myself. I dance on a drive or take a tub, that way I can hold a deep breath to tolerate off steam in need doing it on someone else. For the cramps..take drugs!! haha Take some midol for that and use a heat pad.
Exercise, meditation, stir see a funny movie, take a bubble tub, eat some rime cream...anything that makes you be aware of better, and you should know better than anyone what makes you have a feeling better.
moodiness? hm..mayb listen to ur favorite music.. tlk to ur friends.. eat second-hand goods food.. do whatever to stay blissful .. and for cramps take a long hot relaxing hip bath and try to stay calm. this happen to every girl so chill. you'll be fine.

lots and lots of water and exercise. They both support me with the cramps (they're SO much easier when I'm hydrated and when I exercise!) and near moodiness.

Did you know that another side effect of being dried out is being unmotivated and moody? I have no idea! 3 waterbottles a daytime, girls! minimum!

And then don't surface bad give or take a few taking time away from everything for yourself. I sometimes just have to go escape to a movie theater for a couple of hours...basically me getting lost in a story where on earth nobody could find/annoy me.
ok for the cramps, do a head stand or a appendage stand against the wall or just save ur legs straight in the heavens for awhile always works for me?? the moodiness dont know i dont bring back moody with my extent sorry! hoped i helped!!

I do but my mom took me to the doctor told me to take midol or aleeve b4 my length so it won't be so bad. Oh start taking the medication in the region of a couple of days b4 your period. Hope this help.

For moodiness I would just find something to do that will lend a hand calm you down. Try not to be around greatly of people when you mind you're snappy. Listen to music, read a book, take a shower, run around, andything relaxing to you. Periods aren't fun, and I know you are probably surrounded by a lot affliction. Take pain medication preferable Motrin *IB Profin* (which is for period, cramps, stomach aches and stuff resembling that). It will help you perceive better, and it's actually proven that physical excericse is sympathetic when you're on your period. It help your cramps and moodiness.
