you dont HAVE to wear a tampon , though its recommended that you wear something.
When you get surrounded by the pool, the cold water will stop the flow of your blood, a short time ago like cold sea stops any type of blood. Before you get surrounded by , wear a pad within your bikini bottoms. (in order for not a soul to tell you are wearing one, cause sure its not one with wing that go around the bottoms.) At one point while you are swimming, you can lift off the wipe and get right vertebrae in.
I do that adjectives the time, lol. And nobody knows , it doesnt surface weird, and you can still enjoy fun in the pool.

dont worry! tampons dont hurt at adjectives u just own 2 relax! buy the more slinder tampon possible to start! they are the most easy to insert!! i would recomend tampax pearl lites! u can get hold of them at walmart or CVS pharmacy in the full box! in that are instructions in the box, near a diagram its simple!! have fun swimming :)!
How immature are you, tampon use may not be easy if you are still a virgin. And listen purely because your mother struggled to use them doesn't mean that you will any, you need to try it for yourself. My mothers glum attitude towards tampon use prevented me attempting to use them for years. I have never have troubles.
While your body is submerged in river you will not bleed, protect yourself until you enter the water, as as soon as you've hoped out. Enjoy
