Could my symptoms be from prenatal vitiamins or something else?

for about a week immediately i get winded doing even the littlest things and waking up next to very doomed to failure headaches everyday

I've never hear of prenatal doing that-especially the breathless thing. Talk to your doctor.
You should see your DR. I don't estimate it's from the vitamins. It could be your blood pressure, sometimes in pregnancy you can develop giant blood pressure-called pre-eclampsia. This condition can be dangerous, so you should see your doctor ASAP. Good Luck.
